Very comfortable and easy to use. I can plug it in to my phone charger! It helps my eyes tear.

I was worried about the cord length of the USB. It is approx 6' from where it attaches to the port. The mask provides an amout of warmth across both eyes. A small 2oz(?) Spray bottle comes with his to give a moist heat. An ice gel also is included. I could easily have purchased a microwavable mask (plain) from my optometrist for around $40. I am so glad I found this one for $17.99 instead.

So far so good. The temperature control and timer for heat have worked perfectly each time I have used the product. My eyes feel much better after using 30 mins on high heat. Helps with dry eye symptoms, too. Price was reasonable.

Love this masque however the control is difficult to use since the buttons are so tiny.

Mask was easy to use. Felt well to my eyes however I wish there was an indicator sound when time is up on heating. Nice product though.

Material very thin,doubt it will last long because,ice pack does NOT slide in from side as shown...there is a small opening in top you have to put it in and when frozen makes it very hard to fit in.They must be selling different versions and using same photos...or?? My instructions say to UNZIP and put in ice pack,and there is NO zipper anyplace.Also,there was no small spray bottle or wall charger as shown,and it has no scent.......Have been thru 2 Homedics ones in past 4 months,they are well made,BUT stop working after a dozen times..and are twice the price of this one...so figured I'd try it...So far only used once with heat and it does heat up good....will see how long it lasts.I think it might be best to just buy one you put in microwave...nothing to break.

ordered USB hot and cold eye mask $15.29 They sent a $2 cheap plain eye mask. I emailed them twice and they tried stalling me for days even after I sent them pictures to prove. They never offered return or refund. I'm working with Walmart hope to get refunded. BUYER BEEARE OF THIS SCAMMER.
