Purchased as a Christmas gift for my wife when she has sinus headaches and achy eyes so no feedback from her yet but I did try it out before boxing it and it seems to work well. Have to wait to see what she thinks of it.

i love nit having to keep reheating pads in microwave , ordered one for my hubby he had eye surgery nit to long ago, i have an autoimmune condition witch is soothed with earm compress i really love not having yo keep rewarming in the microwave

Packaged well. Arrived early. It's not lined with silk, so I wear my silk eye mask from Quince.com under it. It works as explained, I am happy with my purchase. It will help my dry eyes.

Slightly misleading as it is not rechargable but rather needs plugged into a USB outlet. It could be used with a power bank. The unit works as intended except for that.

While I was hoping it would fit flesh against my eyes it has a padded frame that prevents the eyes from touching the heating part. It does feel good and the vibration feels good ( only one of the choices did I like or use) but for the money it was worth it.

It really doesn't do much, it vibrates an gets warm, but not warm enough in my opinion, and the vibrations are just awkward

This didn't fit well, and the vibration was scary. There must be over 10 vibration settings you have to cycle through that keep getting faster and more intense. You can't just turn it off. I was afraid to use it, as the quality didn't seem very good. I was afraid of a meltdown. The mask is flat. It doesn't contour to the shape of the face. or around the nose. The heating experience was not relaxing or therapeutic.

This product was extremely disappointing. The controls are very cheaply made, and seemed to not be working properly. I will be returning it.

poorly made. heat up but not on the eye atea where it needs to be and the massager again not in the area where it needs to be. it heats and massages the brow area. the fit is not snug even when adjusting its off.

I used the mask maybe 4 times. It heated up quick and I liked the vibration settings. Then it stopped working. Would not turn on either vibration or heat. Not worth the time or money
