This works great for sinus congestion and pressure. It calms the headache and allows you to relax.

I used to have a plastic/gel mask for my sinus headaches. When I would heat it in the microwave, I had to wrap it in a wash cloth or it would burn my skin. This is so much better. I warmed it for 90 seconds in the microwave and the combination of clay beads and lavender scent helped my sinus headache go away. I would have preferred a solid color but it works, so I recommend this for headaches. I even used it to help my sore neck too

I am very glad I purchased this mask. It is soothing and helps with dry eye by heating up the eyelid area. It also helps me to fall asleep. It smells great as well!

Works perfect. Microwave time as stated was exact. Will buy a second one so i can keep it in the freezer.
