I have had a sore and stiff shoulder since December 2025. I purchased this wrap after research and reading reviews. It has helped immensely. It is a little difficult to put on by oneself and easier if you have help. I have used it every other day since it was delivered and report less pain and better range of movement. I am so glad I found this item and decided to take a chance on it. It has made my life more bearable and tolerable than I thought possible without having to have surgery, which may still be required for me in the future.

it gets nice and warm and the massage is nice and soothing. its a little awkward to put on for a bit and the plastic rings can dig in when you dont have it on good . all in all id purchase it again

The description of this product says it massages. It doesn't. It's a vibrating effect with heat. Hard to put on by myself. Somewhat disappointed.

Didn't fit shoulder correctly

The vibrations gave me chest pains and worried me about causing heart problems. I had to return it.

doesnt get hot enough at all and "massage" is a joke.
