it's super soft on the inside as well as pretty simple to use. i use it for work, and even tho pancake batter and water sometimes splashs on it, no issues yet just needed a quick surface cleaning. overall amazing product.

I like that it is all adjustable and very lightweight. it also has adjustable heat and message option. It works good for issues associated with arthritis or muscle pain.

Iv got a tear in my shoulder plus arthritis this brace is helping.

Works good for what is made for. Does not get super hot which is ok. Massage mode is just vibration.

I gave it a three, hoping the chemical smell goes away. It's horrible!!! it seems like it might help - was only used for a few minutes because of the smell. if the smell doesn't go away soon, I will have to return it. And rate it even lower.

the shoulder pad is not very fuctionable. It does not have a very good support brace, it is mostly in foam form. It doesnt strap on well.

I felt discomfort in my chest while using this one.
