I have sore left shoulder and read about this heat/messager. I've been using it for a week and have noticed a significant reduction in pain in my left shoulder.
As advertised. Very good.
the bicep strap is not long enough for people with big biceps. and massage function is ok, could be better. I had to use Velcro I had on hand to get it to function properly

Very Poor delivery and it never worked, never keep charge, the button never worked, it's totally defected, please tell your delivery carrier not to take the building because that's is too personal and offensive please no more photos of personal property that's customers privacy and it is not allowed anymore
very poor, no instructions were in English. i do not want to give lot of permissions to the app on my phone. call, photos, videos...why they need to access all this.
The manual is written in many languages EXCEPT English! Controller does not separate as advertised.Fit is terrible. i would never recommend this cheaply made falsely advertised product!
