its so soft and fits perfect. relieved all my pain in my neck and shoulders. bought 2 more for xmas gifts
I like it is weighted. I do add more weight around it. I attach ankle and arm weights together and they lay perfectly around neck.

This is a wonderful product it is pretty stiff and really needs to be a slight bit larger! I use laying down are in my recliner you can't seem to get the shoulders to lay flat! They are raised up about a inch 1/2 so you don't get the full benefit. I tried pulling it down in the back but the back is to short for me to reach. So I believe that if you could lengthened the back and the shoulders flaps it would be the best ever heating product.
