Arrived 3 days after I ordered, on Amazon the unit takes 1.5 to 2 mnths. to be delivered. Set up and storage is so easy, you don't need directions. I bought this unit because it has 4 FIR panels, all the other ones I have seen have only 3. I want 4 panels for I am living and traveling in an RV and I have the unit outside. The unit is large, which is nice for my husband who is 6'1 and fits in it. I am 5'5 and I can sit in the chair that comes with it and have my head inside the unit. Not comfortably but good enough when I want to alternate between having my head outside and inside. At times I sit on a little bench totally inside the unit. The unit has a flap you can put over to head opening to somewhat prevent heat loss when preheating or when you are totally inside the unit. It heats up really quick and gets very hot. The time and temp. controls are easy to use and I might try out 140F instead of the 150F I have used so far. I start sweating within minutes and have to place towels on the floor. The zippers are made of plastic so they don't get hot, a complaint I heard from metal zippers. The chair that comes with it is sturdy and large. The arm-rests are covered with foam so they don't get hot. The ionizer is on the outside of the unit and the cord is soo short you cannot put it inside the unit which I want when I am totally inside. Since I am using the unit outside (in warm dry Phoenix AZ) I wonder what the benefit of the ionizer is on the outside, You cannot unplug it and use an extension cord so I cut an opening in the fabric. Now I can clip the device on the inside of the sauna with the clip that is on the back of the ionizer. I do not have an EMF meter so I do not know whether the unit is truly low EMF but since it uses the same technology as some other sauna's where reviewers have tested the EMF I trust that it is low. BUT: I have been using sauna's for many, many years and what I noticed with this one is that my heartrate becomes really elevated and stays elevated for 2 to 3 hours afterward. I have never had this before. It might be because this one is hotter, the ionizer or the EMF's. I have to play with that some more. But besides that last point I am really, really happy with this unit. During rain or wind it takes only a minute to fold it up and put it in the garage. The sauna had a slight plastic smell at first use but this has totally dissipated.

I love my pop-up sauna! It's so easy to set up, store, clean, and use. I am able to work up an excellent sweat as well. My only complaint is the placement of the hole for my head. It's too far forward, so I have to push my chair nearly to the front edge making my legs rest against the front. There's plenty of room to move back, but I would have to lean forward the entire session, which is not relaxing. For reference, I'm 5'8”.
