Not durable; falling apart in less than 2 months
Within less than two months of use by my 7th grade daughter one of the straps has started to come apart. I reached out to the vendor and they responded that this was normal wear and tear! That is absolutely ridiculous as the book bag should have lasted at least a school year. Especially given that there was no misuse of the product. This is far from durable- and the company does not stand by its products
