(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This stuff comes in handy! I have been able to fix multiple things around my home using this contact cement. It works wonderfully and is very easy to use. A shelf recently separated and I was able to fix it with this and didn't have to throw it away. I am impressed by the hold as well. Recommended.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I've never used a product like this before. So when I first try it out, I was happy to discover that it was really easy to use. It mixes really easily and bonds quickly. The dry time was very fast as mentioned on the packaging. I used it for a DIY project For a woodwork piece that I've been working on. It went on clear and dried clear so you can't see the residue at all. I've also tried to use it for my ceramic projects, and it worked really well. The bonding strength is very strong, and overall really happy with the results.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) My partner and I used this contact cement to finish an ongoing project— a wall unit in our study. We used the cement to stick panelling on walls and doors, and complete shelving within. We completed the project about a month ago but I wanted to give time before writing my review to see if things stood a wee test of time— very happy to say that the contact cement has help up! It contacted; it cemented; it remains stuck! There was a bit of an aroma when using the product, but that's to be expected! It wasn't overly aggressive all things considered! Would definitely recommend!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I love decorating for the holidays. This year when I pulled out my favourite festive wreath I'd discovered a lot of it had come loose from storage, and one piece had fallen off. I used contact cement to revamp it and it worked so well. It's holding together like new again. And it furies quickly and clear so It didn't ruin my wreath with glue! Thanks!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Accidentally pulled a dresser handle off, tried to fasten it with my usual go-to Crazy Glue…it didn't work, but then remembered I had LePage Contact Cement on hand. It has not only worked, it has held up now for weeks so far!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I found the LePage contact cement mixed up easily. Product works well when used on compatible materials, bonds quickly. You must follow the instructions as Contact cement is not for every material. The smell was not overpowering, I was pleasantly surprised. This was the first time I ever use this brand, and I definitely plan on using it again. Highly recommend!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received this contact cement and have used it to repair a seat cover in my car. I love that it dried quick and dried clear. This contact cement can be used for so many different things and works great. I would highly recommend. This is the best brand of contact cement.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have used this type of product before for various projects. This works decently for certain repairs. However, be careful! Once the seal lid is open, it tends to dry out quickly. Overall, it does hold well.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received this product complimentary for an honest review as part of an incentived program. I have never used this style of adhesive before, so I was a little worried about as to how to use it. When I received it, I was a bit relieved to see it came with a brush. It goes on clear, which was definitely another huge plus. I use it on woodwork ( projects I make ) as well as jewelry projects. My husband has been using it on 3D printed projects. It's dries quick ( another great plus ), and is very easy to work with. Not too much smell to it either. So glad we got to try, will by buying more once this one runs out.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I've used LePage contact cement in the past and its always worked great. This heavy duty contact cement is the strongest hold I.think I have ever used. As soon as i wasselected i searchedfor a strong adhesive because i work with wood quite a bit in.my crafts. Wood glue works as a temporary hold until you use a fastener like a nail or a screw. Contact cement works like you want a glue to work. Its a strong permanent hold that you can depend on to hold. It definitelyis not for anyone who isnt familiar with its use, follow all the instructions carefully and dont get any on yourself or another surface that you don't want to have this on. You can cut through it , and you can and it smooth after applying. I attached the label instruction.photo as well as it does.need acetone for cleanup which is important to know if you might spill. (Especially on round surfaces like pvc tubing) Highly recommend this for professional bonding.
