Great for TV's

I would have given 5 stars, but the bag of packing popcorn had cockroaches inside. I didn't see them until I poured them into a box. Luckily, I was in the garage when I did this and I was able to kill them. I really looked at the bag after this and could clearly see the cockroaches and their poop inside the bag. They had been in there a long time. All of the other packing products are wonderful! I bought the package for a 4 bedroom house. The glass pack kits are great. We will probably need to buy more book boxes and bubble wrap, but I think I'm probably being overly cautious with my breakables and using more bubble wrap than is necessary. Overall, the products are perfect. I also love that the boxes are labeled for multiple uses. Even if we don't need them again in the near future, we can give them to someone else to use.

All of the branding on the sides of the boxes make it harder to write in and then read the contents. I like to write what is inside the box on the top and on all of the sides, so that when the boxes are stacked, I can still figure out which room, and what the general contents of each one are. The truck loading advice on one panel is nice, but I want less business on the boxes

The kit was shipping along with many other supplies. The kit was NOT combined together (like you would see if you purchased it from a UHaul location). I have never used the kit before, and it was not clear that the gray packing foam pieces were part of this kit. (I thought it was just extra packing protection, much like packing peanuts.) This rendered the $20 TV kit unusable, as I had disposed of the gray packing foam pieces. This was obviously my fault, but it could have been packaged better when shipped to me. Complete waste of money.

Shipping forgot to send me this initially, and having them reship it was like pulling teeth. I do not have the mobility to just go pick items up, that's the point of ordering online and paying for shipping. When I reported the item was missing, I was told to “just go pick up the item from a store” no offer to refund shipping costs. When I explained I couldn't do that, it took an additional 3 days to even get someone to agree that they would reship the item to me.

One part of the actual TV box came damaged and I never received the foam parts to for the four corners of the TV. It was such a pain to even find the number to contact to let them know I never received it. Still working on that and its been about 2 weeks since i purchased.

I ordered this because the movers I hired said they would not move my tv unless it was in a tv moving box. My tv is only 55" and this product says it fits up to a 70" tv, but it did not fit at all. It also did not have the protectors it says comes with it in the box. The movers had to break the box and use another box to tape around the tv. I wasted $30 for nothing. I would like a refund.

I can't leave the following comments in the below comments section so here it is. The supply store sucks. I accidently included these items to my order and immediately realized once it was finalized. I called in and had a 52 minute wait so I requested a call back. I figured out through the site how to cancel the supplies and cancelled them 4 minutes after the order. The gentleman called back and confirmed there was no supplies. The following day I received an email the supplies shipped. Another call in for a 50+ minute wait and a call back and I got a call back and she transferred me to the supply line and I waited for about 40 minutes on hold only to be told the item shipped already and there was nothing I could do. Then, a day before my move I get a call the 26 foot truck I ordered wasn't available and I had to drive an hour to pick up a 15ft truck. I had to rent a trailer to finish the move. The whole experience will leave me never using your company again. Very dissatisfied customer.

The reason I would not recommend this item to anybody is because in the video when I was reviewing the product it showed that it came with a white foam sheet to put over the TV before I put the fork phone corners on however it did not come with that whenever I received the item in the mail reason I would not recommend this for anybody because it does not come with the items it says that it's supposed to come with
