The item was a little bent on top, but I was able to straiten it with a hammer. Overall, it's great for the money! Definitely not as sturdy as the ones sold in stores, I'm about 110 lbs and the steps do bend a little when I get on them, so I'm not sure about the 330 lb weight limit, but it works for me. It's very cute and a great price though. Will be keeping for sure
