So sharp. Comfortable handles. Good variety of knives for everyday use without being overwhelming or complicated. I use the shears every day for all kinds of tasks. The silvery gray color is neutral enough to coordinate with ever and looks elegant.

I am a fanatic in my kitchen, always sharpening my knives as needed. When I moved I lost a lot of my knives and have just been making it work with whatever I had. I saw the set with a sharpening steel instead of other methods and was impressed by that. I ordered the knives and was happy with the purchase. After setting the block of knives up I was getting up to put them in the kitchen and prepare to wash them, knocking them over off the table, out of habit I tried to grab the block and catch them but that wasn't a smart move. The blade close to the handle was so sharp that it cut my finger! Usually the knife blade is not so sharp there but these are and I am so happy with the purchase! It cut deep enough that after I removed the bandaid the next day it started bleeding again. I was amazed!

I can truthfully say that during the first use of cutting slices of pie, I accidentally placed my pointer finger on the blade side and cut the entire length of the bottom fingertip! These knives are indeed sharp!

I am sick of the drivers who deliver to my house I have asked and asked for them to bring packages to front door can't see out back door I even have a sign on the back door asking them to come to front and they still put packages at back door

Absolutely Beautiful Knife Set, I brag to my friends on how pretty it is and I'm a full grown man. Great quality and feel, and I love the color options.

If you haven't got yourself Hecef kitchen knife set, do yourself a favor and order one. The collection compares favorably to the way more expensive German knife collection I have. Hecef knives are surprisingly sharp and eventually you learn to put less effort into cutting. Cooking and everything else takes way less time. There is a weird satisfying sensation from going through things pretty much effortlessly. And, of course, there is pretty much knife for everything in the set. The extraordinary looks are a great bonus.

In love with this set! Beautiful color and so sharp. I see that other reviewers have claimed these aren't stainless steel, as they rust. Note, per the description - these are Carbon Stainless Steel which is known for it's sharpness and strength, but is known to rust if left wet. Take care of them and dry after washing, and you will be fine! I'm so pleased with this purchase and have had no problems at all.

I am absolutely in love with these. I love the color of them and the easy soft grip on them. They make having to cut something so easy. It is nice that they come with a wooden block to store them safely in. The scissors and knife sharpener are also very helpful.

wonderful knife set they are sharp. have been washed multiple times no color fading or chipping. definitely worth the money.

Great value for cost (on sale). The handles are on the cheap side, but the blades make up for the handles short comings. I have not used them enough to comment on how long the blades hold there sharpness.
