Use the tips to quiet down the flow master drone. car sounds much better.

Does the trick
I bought these to quite down my free flow exhaust resonance and back popping. They did the job! Reason I gave it 4 stars is because I wish they were available in 3 1/2 O.D.

This tip was the last step in building a flow thruw cat back system for my 2.7 liter 4 cylinder toyota tacoma. i replaced the gibson tip with this one to drop the decible level yet still retain the flow thruw characterisics.. i like the said hedman tip except for the fact that the 2.5 inch by 2.5 inch dimensions dont state that the actual outlet dimension is 1.5 inches which is too small for my application and defeats my purpose.. so i used said tip to build a diffuser within a 3 inch tip,, and it did lower the db level by the fraction i was looking for.
