Hefty 13.3-gal Touch Lid Trash Can, White with Decorative Texture (2 Pack)

Bought to replace an old Sterlite one. The lid doesn't “ snap” into place. It just sits on top which is fine for my use. It's a 13.3 gal can so sone trash bags might be too tight/ shirt. But I can use my regular 13 gal bags fine. This one is taller but fits i. The space just fine. Doesn't have a foot pedal / release which is fine for my use. When cooking or cleaning I leave the lid up anyway. I just can't see spending g a lot of money on a trash can. It actually looks neat- white . It mist likely would not hold up under real rough treatment. But I live alone and it's for the inside.

I like this trash can even though there's no foot pedal to put trash in. Also, it's very low about 2 1/2 ft to 3ft, so check height if that's important to you. I'm using this temporarily and plan to buy something else in the near future. However, when you hit the top lever it does open even enough. It is 13 gallons, and I tend to use bigger bags like 30 gallon with it and works fine.

This is a great ad to my kitchen. I used to use a garbage bag with her band off the side of a drawer in the kitchen. It seemed like that was the easiest, but it's not it's always in the way of me getting into the other drawers or cabinets behind it. I decided just to go ahead and get a garbage can thinking it would be in the way, but it's not. If it's perfect in my kitchen, exactly where I put it. I love that the log looks the lid locks down since I have a dog. He most likely would never get in the garbage he taught not to, but you never know it's always a nice Safety.

It's become obvious that we needed another hard sided garbage bin to collect recyclables in our kitchen. This has been a godsend, because I no long trip over a loose bag and I choose black because it is so different from the "garbage" garbage bin. The lid is nice because it provides easy access to depoit, but doesn't allow ants or flies or... It's been very helpful.

i purchased a cabinet for trash cans, and a reviewer suggested Walmart's one-touch hefty bin. They fit perfectly in my cabinets, and I do not need the lids. They are good quality plastic and I expect them to outlive the manufactured wood cabinet so i'm keeping the lids in storage until then :)

These trash cans with lids were replacements for white trash cans with cracks in them. The lid hides the smell of the trash. They are dark so doesn't look dirty as quickly and heavy duty will let them last longer as well. Just the right size for trash in one and recycling in the other.

Replaced the trash can as the lid no longer popped up. The only thing was the bottom of the can was warped and did not sit squarely on the floor. It kept moving from side to side. It should have been caught before it was shipped. I did not want the hassle of returning this, so I just placed it inside the can I already had. Walmart is not near my home to take in person. Still like this trash can.

I ordered 2 Hefty Kitchen Trash Cans, 13.3 gallon plastic touch top garbage bin with push button lid, black. I received 1 with lid which was perfect. One can was considerably larger and the push button lid did not fit. The lid in question would have worked if the correct size trash garbage bin had been sent.

Nice Trash can, unfortunately lid is a piece of trash itself. When you push the lid down and it does pop twice, it immediately pops right back up. It is definitely a fault of the manufacturer.. I had it delivered, no damage to the can and the lid was inside the can. I have bought this can in the past no issues.
