Good Quality
On sale price, good for the environment, what's not to love. Can be rewashed and reused many times before you need to throw it out. Savings and affordable price with good clean plant based ingredients.
Hi I like this product. Thank you for this reusable product.
Easy to wash, food doesn't stick to them.
poor packaging, box that held the cutlery was crushed. Cutlery was sturdy enough to end up being okay
I like them because they're sturdy and washable. I did not like the price which was outrageous since I'm on a fixed income.
I have been using compostable utensils for years and have never had the high breakage rate I have had with Hefty. At first, I thought, "Oh, I must have pressing too hard," but days of usage indicate that is not the issue. Poorly constructed utensils are the answer. So far, they break in the middle of the handle. This morning a spoon broke at the handle while I was using it on a soft hard-boiled egg! I bought this brand because other brands are barred from being shipped to me in California. I have had good experiences with their paper plates, but will never buy their utensils again!
*Only compostable in a special facility Wow. Wish that had been in the description. I thought I was doing something good for the environment, thinking they would spend less time in a landfill than other disposable utensils. Between the fact that they're not home compostable, and how solid they are, I am now worried they might be worse than plastic if I can't find their special facility. Will not buy again. And Hefty's website ( https://www.hefty.com/products/tableware/hefty-ecosave-tableware ) was *not* helpful. I can't figure out where one of their special composting centers even is just that "Commercially compostable only. Facilities may not exist in your area. Not suitable for home composting." Unless you know where to compost them, I would say do not buy these.
