Customer’s now have a choice between using a vacuum or pressing on the bag to release air. We've used them for storage before but now since you can press to get air out I'm gonna use them for travel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally found a solution to storing bulky winter clothes with these Hefty Storage Solutions Large Shrink-Pak Bags. So easy to use I was able to pack in winter sweaters, fleece tops and leggings and it all compressed to a more compact space-saving size to have room in my closet. Love that once I sealed it with the vacuum it stayed sealed and small. The valve is so convenient since it is one way so once I took the vacuum away it stayed compressed and was ready to go. The zipper closure has an easy-grip tab that is larger and more comfortable size to grip when zipping closed and makes it easier to hold and zip shut. The heavy-duty bags are also reusable and water-resistant. The ones I tried are dual-use and can seal either by pressing out the air or using the vacuum. I prefer to vacuum so I get a tighter compression however this feature is very handy when traveling you can seal with the vacuum and press out the air on the way home. The Large size at 34in x 22in is perfect for most everything and fit 16 of my winter fleece items. This is the best shrink-pak bag I have used many different types I am very impressed with these. Highly recommend trying these out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These bags don’t feel that thick but work well. They have a zip lock type closure that is easy to use. The vacuum removed a great deal of air and compressed the bags a great deal. I was really impressed by how much space I saved. The compressed bags feel hard and are not flexible. It was also easy to open the bags when I went to retrieve my items. I think the bags are easier to compress with a vacuum than trying to manually remove the air.

I bought these less than a month ago and just now was able to use them, I got my stuff inside one of them and noticed a rip towards the bottom of it.. not sure if the other ones have a rip in haven't inspected them yet.. Normally these products never fail to be great products, I must have just gotten a bad batch.

These bags work better than most bit they still leak no matter how diligent and careful I am to ensure that I pack them correctly and seal as well as I can. I spend most of the time attempting to get a perfect seal which Im beginning to think is impossible and pretty soon air eventually gets in.

The bags don't hold the suction. They leak air back in. Waste of money.

All 3 bags wod not hold air.I was dissatisfied because I always bought Hefty brand.
