Helen of Troy Tangle-Free Hot Air Brush ( #1579 / 3/4" inch)

This was NOT the Helen of Troy hot air brush. It is Hot Tools black hot air brush. It is slightly smaller than the Helen of Troy hot air brush. That said it does work well for my short hair. I was really looking to replace my old Helen of Troy hot air brush that was the perfect size and superior product.

The curling brush received is not exactly as pictured. I was trying to replace one exactly like the photo shown. The brush I received seems to have different bristles than my old brush. The bristles in the new brush becomes tangled more easily in my hair than my old brush. Also, the newer brush doesn't seem as well made.

The item pictured is no longer available for sale. The Helen of Troy company has been sold and the appliance has been replaced with a different one. The new dryer is all black, with much longer “bristles”. Walmart should change the website illustration to reflect the changes. I returned it.

Walmart sent the wrong dryer brush. They sent a hot tools dryer brush instead of a Helen of Troy dryer brush that was the picture on the website. I already have a Hot Tools dryer brush and I do not like it! However I love the Helen of Troy dryer Brush in the picture. I wore my old one out and I needed anew one but you sent me the Hot Tools brush dryer.

Ordered per the picture %26 desctiption a blue body white brush Helen of Troy hotair brush. Didn't get that - got HotTools black with black. Was told by customer service - same item. Are they color blind??? In small letters on the bottom on the box was Helen of Troy. On line - the black on black Hot Tools is cheaper, from Walmart. Noooo , they wouldn't refund the diffference. Said send it back for credit. Bait %26 switch tactics.

Received a completely different hot air styling tool so impossible to rate the Helen of Troy styling too. I note that other customers did not receive the tool they ordered either. Returned the incorrect item I received to Walmart and received a refund.

The model shown in the picture is a good model, but the model that is sent is not exactly the same. So it doesn't work the same. It will tangle in your hair very easily.

I did not receive this Helen of Troy item. I was shipped Hot Tools curler. Same concept just not what I wanted. Was so excited to find the He,en of Troy since I hadn't Ben able to locate one any where else. Very disappointed

i received a completely different hairdryer than the one i ordered.The price was lower than what I paid. This has happened for the second time. I am very disappointed

I think this seller intentionally sold the items know they were not as described in the ad! Ordered two of them in different sizes and both were not what I thought I was ordering ! They were supposed to to be hot air brushes (both of them) and neither one was ! They were curling irons ! I can't leave a good review on this seller !
