Helldivers 2 CE-35 Trench Engineer 7" Deluxe Action Figure Elite Edition #11 - McFarlane Toys

This is the second order I have received that has been the wrong figure. When in your shopping cart the name of the figure is the exact one I ordered. But they send the trench armored helldiver instead.

This Helldiver 2 toy looks excellent in my opinion. Unfortunately, I had ordered the black suited Helldiver. I think it's the B01-Tactical is what they call it. They sent me the orange suited diver, who i think is referred to as the Trench Engineer. I contacted customer service with Walmart and all they could do for me was have me return it or keep it. They said the website was messed up the day I ordered the original B01 Tactical diver and it showed “in-stock” and allowed me to purchase it, despite being completely wrong. Anyways, I'm not sure why they sent a different color instead is beyond me. I would have just bought the orange guy if I wanted him. The Black diver was in higher demand and that was the reason I did this. Ultimately, I'm just going to keep it and I've already ordered the diver I wanted from another retailer in the meantime. They look sick and I think they'll be valuable…especially when the movie drops and there's new discovery for anyone that hasn't heard of it yet. So I'm okay with everything in the end.

came in late but thats because for some reason the formatting that was sent to the seller didnt contain my apartment number. had a headache getting it set straight. beyond that the item came in well packaged, and was exactly what i wanted

Walmart employees are scamming. Ordered twice, got the wrong item twice. The second was a 45 lb dumbell, not the Helldivers figure.

Are you people running a retail business or an absolute scam? You unilaterally swapped my original order for a Trench Engineer (B1-01)—a completely different item with zero equivalent value or scarcity—without my authorization, and then had the audacity to alter my order history to cover it up. Your inventory management is a complete joke, and your customer service is an embarrassment. Absolute garbage operation

When we ordered the all black Helldiver, and halfway through them processing anc getting our order ready to ship, it all of sudden was black and orange. So it was a Bate and Switch. I didn't ask for a replacement product if it wasn't available they just thought I would prefer any of them. But we specifically wanted the all black Helldiver. I was upset and tried to cancel the order and it came anyway, when I saw it, we thought it looked really cool regardless. So we gave it to my nephew. Come to find out, my sister (his mom) tried ordering the same thing for Christmas and was given the black and orange one instead as well and she sent it back. So if you try to order the all black Helldiver just be aware that they may try to send you the orange and black one instead.

The product was delivered to a wrong address, neither walmart, the seller, or fedex was responsible. Refused to refund or fix the delivery issue. Item lost. My money lost. Do not order from here.
