It tasted great with flautas, corn and also with shrimp. I love the sourness of the lemon and the spicy kick at the end. I like that it's not just Tajin, but that the line is in there too. It's is a game-changer on sandwiches because it adds a kick and a some bonus pizzazz to the overall flavor profile I think this will be a crowd-pleaser for potato and egg salad, as well. I love the hint of lime it has, it tastes fresh and real, not artificial at all. I am not the biggest fan of tajin so I was a bit skeptical about it but honestly you just get a hint of it which is very complimentary. It does have that lime kick that Tajín gives but it's not overpowering. My first instinct was to make elites with it, which my family loved. The consistency of this spicy mayo and the taste are to die for. I would recommend this product to anyone that likes spiciness and mayo. Using this product can add lots of zings to any meal. This mayo had the right amount of kick and flavorful spices. The bottle eliminates spills and by squirting it leaves no mess. The packaging is sleek and appealing.
