This item was delivered to me used with white stuff on it in the box. The top of the box was still sealed but the previous owner used the bottom of the box to open the product. Considering the nature of this product it is not safe to use a used product of this category. I'm extremely disgusted with Walmart and also the fact that I'm unable to return this thing myself using the app. This cost a lot of money to have it arrive used and unusable and unreturnable.

its soft and bendy. unfortunately i cant get the product to charge. its a magnetic charger which i guess in theory makes it nice to use in water but i cant get it to stay in place to charge. magnet should be stronger. falls right off. directions recommend letting it charge for 2 hours before use. after about an hour the light tells me its charged.. it wont turn on. i wiggle the charge around and it blinks until it stops and tells me its charged. but it is not. i cant tell you the vibrations.. i cant tell you antthing else. not worth the money, i cant get a refund because of its nature..

Broke very very easily, cheap garbage.
