Hello Hobby Flowers & Butterflies Window Art, Customize 8 Plastic Suncatchers

These little kits are so much fun whether you're a kid or an adult. I am a crafter so i get them to help pass time and hang in my craft room widow. they just never seem to put enough paint, so i ordered extra. I'm sure I was just doing it wrong because i put too much paint and the colors started blending together. Even those turned out cool looking. I painted these while letting hair dye sit on my hair, and time went by in a flash. I'll forever keep painting plastic suncatcher.

I bought 4 packs of these sun catchers for our kids to paint - they were pretty simple to do for ages 5 to 11. Each pack came with 8 suncatchers, paint and a paintbrush, string and suction cups to hang with. They did have to sit overnight to fully dry, something to be aware of, though it didn't impact the fun of the activity. The suncatchers were able to be hung directly on the hook of the suction cups or put on the string, which made things even easier when the kids went to hang them on the windows.

These were easy and fun for the kids (5yr %26 7yrs) to do on their own. I love that I could display them as soon as they were done coloring them and that they are small and easy to remove.

My niece loved it. So much fun!

My kids, nieces, nephews and their friends love these crafts. We purchased extra paints and sun catchers. Thick, durable plastic and the paint it comes with has such vibrant colors.

I’m so glad I got these. My kids love to make these as gifts for grandma on Mother’s Day. A little paint goes a long way. I’m impressed, these suction cups actually work. I’ve bought others in the past that fail, and my kids were so disappointed, not these!!

Hello Hobby Glowers and Butterflies is a great kit. The plastic suncatcher pieces are nice and study. Each piece is detailed and lovely. The paint included is a nice gel like paint the colors nicely. This is a great project kit for little ones to paint. The pieces can be hung on glass with the suction cups are strung with fishing line to make a hanging. Your little ones will love it.

This kit was a fun quick project to do with my kids. The paints it comes with are really pretty. They sit nicely in the sections of the suncatchers but if they do get mixed into the space together they have a sort of tie dye effect that I love. There are 4 flowers and 4 butterflies, each with a different pattern. The paint is pretty thick so it took several hours to dry. The first layer we put on was lighter than I liked so once it dried I went over them with another layer. I think the end result is cute, especially where pink, blue and purple were put together in the same space. This does include suction cups and string to hang them. The string is similar to fishing line, it's very slippery. We just put them on the hooks of the suction cups and it worked fine.

They are not made of glass so I would expect the price to come way down but it must be a popular hobby because of the high price. even on sale they are to expensive. But I love to do them and hang them up everywhere. I love the glass ones so much but cant afford them. I love being able to paint them the way I want. The only thing I didn't like was the hangers and string. The string is fishing line which is great but they used the smallest kind they make so I just took some off of my fishing poles reel and substituted that. And the hangers don't really want to stay on the glass they come lose so I used a push pin or smallest nail to tie the string onto and hang them. I don't just put mine in the windows where they look great but I hang mine anywhere that sun would catch them in the light to brighten up my living space. If the price were cheaper I'd have ever kind they make because it's a nice hobby to do and looks great when done. I would not recommend hanging them outside unless you finish them off with a clear coat of something more waterproof. And when they get dirty you can only rinse them off very fast without rubbing or scrubbing them because the stain will flake off if not being careful. It is a water based stain. cleans up great but if you want something to last for years go with a different paint stain. and because they are not made of glass you don't have to worry about dropping them and them breaking because they won't.

I never received my merchandise because it was delivered to the wrong address and I am waiting for a replacement . I have confidence that Walmart will make it right . I prefer Walmart over any other retailer. Waiting patiently for my merchandise
