I have been want to try some kind of journaling that would help me stay on track with working toward my goals. This journal is perfect for newbies. I have been able to set personal and professional goals using this journal. I like that it is more compact and isn't overwhelming like other motivational or goal setting journals. The pages are engaging and fun.

this is great for when you are trying to stay organized as well as stay ontop of your goals for the week, month, or year. It keeps it together for you because you're the one who enters all the infomation. highly recommend.

I really like this journal. It's a small (only 100 Pgs.) paperback book so it doesn't take up too much space in my bedside table. I hit ideas and thoughts down whenever they hit me and this is the perfect book for that. It offers some prompts, but nothing too detailed.

This is a goals guided journal and it is in a soft cover that is pink and says "turning dreams into plans." On the inside it has a motivation phrase from Abraham Lincoln. The pages have goal boxes, lists, etc to help you figure out your goals and how you are going to get there. It first starts out empty boxes to write your long term goals, with sections for work goals and personal goals, and action steps for each. The second page then is titled "goals for the week" and has a box for your main goal, then one for "this week's targets," "other to-dos," and "how will I make this week great." The third page is titled "weekly plan" and has all the days of the week so you can write down something for each day. The fourth and fifth pages are about your daily intentions, how they relate to your long-term goals, actions you need to take, why you should care about working towards your long term goal today, pers pinball to-do's , work ro- do's, and a few boxes that help you reflect on today's progress. It repeat the same types of pages for six weeks. I think this can help people really focus on what they really want and make them specify with details. I really like how this is not bulky nor heavy and is easy to take with you. I wish it was more pocket size and had an ending motivation phrase too. Some people don't have work goals, so I'm not sure why they put that in there. I think the colors on different weeks should have been different to mix it up and the quality of the paper could have been a little better.. It would be great for people who need to have their goals and intentions written out and who don't want a heavy, complicated goal book and instead want something straightforward and simple.

This little pink journal is great for writing down goals and to keep you on track with your daily goals or short term goals. The design is simple, easy to follow, great colors and fonts, very well organized. The sections are divided up and easy to read. There's a little box to write the date on the top of each page. I use it to keep myself on track and hold myself accountable. I love the style and it suits me. It is 6 inches by 8 inches and 100 pages long. The downsides: it is small and it's good for short term use, the journal is not big (it's only 100 pages long) so if you don't mind buying a couple, it would still be useful. While the quality is not bad, the material on the cover and back have already started creasing a bit. So if you're looking for something super high quality and perhaps with more than 100 pages, I would look for something else. But the journal itself would make a great starter journal. I would recommend it!

The best description would be- cute. It is colorful, somewhat functional and definatelly cute. It wont last long with daily use. There pages for weekly and daily planning. Lots of daily, juet few weekly, only 1 for long term goals.
