this deco mesh was good quality it didn't fray as much as i thought i used it to make ruffle a on a wire wreath.

Always order my mesh from Walmart the quality is great. The colors are excellent. I love them because I make a lot of wreaths.

This is a very vibrant blue with foil in between. I can't attest to the longevity of it as I have only had it for about two weeks. You do need to be very careful when cutting it or you will have little blue strands all over your house. Overall it's a good value for the price and it worked for what I needed it for.
