stolen package
I never got the skates because the delivery person stole my package. The person took a picture of the street and said the package was delivered. I had to call Walmart and get a refund. this has happened to me at least 3 times this year. there needs to be a better process of hiring and monitoring these drivers that deliver from the store. I'm very disappointed.

WALMART SHOULD NOT OFFER DELIVERY!!!
Walmart delivery is terrible! This is the second time a product has been “delivered” and the photo taken for proof shows a completely unknown and unidentifiable area it was delivered to. Photo with the item is not my porch but what was provided as proof from the driver. Walmart responded saying that they have the proof it was delivered and can't issue a refund. The photo with no product is my actual porch. One can surely notice that they are not the same porch. Walmart should not offer delivery service if they cannot get products delivered to its correct location. I have never had this issue with Amazon!

I haven't seen it yet as mentioned I have to go back to get so I can't answer quality yet. I thought online experience was convenient but not in store. Actually every time I've shopped at Walmart the employees are rude, don't want to help, can barely speak English and if they understand what I'm saying they don't know where item is. Probably worst store experience with employee help and availability every trip. My husband and I have a laugh about Walmart being worst with employee customer service

Product options had variety within all budgets and great reviews. The customer service was amazing, with little to no wait time. I will be doing more shopping in store and curbside at this location.
