Hello Kitty- meow!
The top white fabric is that nylon/polyester costume material. I did not read the material description when buying. However, we love it!!The design is beautiful and the colors are vibrant! She is five and tall. So she can fit 6/7 sizing. I can't really comment on the fit since my daughter is not average. The cap has the prettiest red bow. Quality is excellent!

This dress is cute and really well made. The fabric is a bit low quality, but it doesn't bleed color when washed and looks super cute on.

Beautiful dress
This was such a cute dress and made my granddaughter happy to have a Hello Kitty dress even during winter. She is age 7 and thin but very tall so I ordered a size up and glad I did. A size 7 would not have been long enough for her

Runs tight so size up
The dress was beautiful. It was definitely very snug around the chest tummy area. She's currently a size 3t so I sized up but it was still tight. So I would definitely size up.

Ordered almost a week ahead of time for my daughter's birthday party. 2 days before, I received a notification that the order was delayed and was supposed to be delivered the day of her party. It never showed, so I canceled and my daughters was so disappointed.

The dress is plastic. So strange. Looks fake; not made with any cotton or any other material for a human to wear. Halloween costume trash bag quality. Very disappointed.
