It came brocken. I was so disappointed. I really liked it. It was a shame. I was afraid to reorder. The package was no good. It should have had better packaging.

Perfect for what I needed

The frame itself is fine and exactly what my son wanted. People complaining about the plastic that covers the pictures not being glass evidently didn't read the description of the frame in the listing. However, the packaging is not study enough for something this large. The frame, which was a Christmas present for my son, arrived broken in several places. It was obviously broken in transport as one of the corners of the shipping box was crinkled up and that corner is where the frame was damaged when I pulled it out of the box. I ordered a replacement, crossing my fingers that the replacement would arrive undamaged, and it actually did. The only thing that would keep me from recommending this frame is not the frame itself but the way it is packed to ship. I took a star off of my review because of this.

So this is not what I expected but I made it work because of the features I do like. The tough part is that the back is one whole piece and the plastic (instead of glass)is just 3 sections, meaning, you have to try to center your picture in the slot and TAPE IT TO THE CLEAR PLASTIC while it's upside down. That was challenging because the plastic panels shift when you tip it up to look at it. It was challenging but I love the finished product so I'm happy.

It's a great addition to our kitchen, great color, great structure. The back is a little flimsy, and there are a lot of small tabs to close, so if you mess up, you have to reopen everything. But we just taped the pictures down so they wouldn't move.

This looks nice, but is definitely not heavy duty or high quality. The positive is that makes it easy to hang on two tiny nails. I had to tape the photos to make sure they did not shift. If you want to change photos out, it would be a process. Since you hang it and leave it, I think it's for fine. It is shiny plastic, not glass the covers images.

it doesn't have anti glare film on the plastic overlay for the pictures in the frame. so its hard to see them for the shiny glare.

It got the job done, but it is very cheap , all plastic. The clear plastic is so thin n bendy you can easily crease it. The backing hardware isn't the best as well very thin.

This item was pricey and very cheaply made. The plastic that's supposedly the glass is scratched, thin and ripped. I put my photos in , got it all taped up to then see the frame it self is cracked. Disappointed because my bf thought it looked nice with the photos.

I specifically ordered a frame so that I would have glass to protect the pictures and they would not get ruined and I'm very frustrated that I just spent $40 on a cheap piece of plastic the only has flimsy paper like plastic to cover the photos there's not anything to actually protect them or keep them in place absolutely not worth the money. I'm going to return this I'm very disappointed that I just wasted my time spending 2 hours figuring out what pictures I want to put in here and take it out of the packaging to realize there's no glass.
