The HEM incense is the "BEST" quality %26 they have many selections, but the Dragons Blood Red Incense is my favorite. i burn 1 stick when i first awake during the morning as i meditate %26 think about GOD at granting me another day too be alive %26 still on this planet %26 i light another stick before i go to sleep %26 i ask GOD to let me awaken again after my needed sleep time.
