Extremely sharp, very well made. I know people who have had them about ten years and still love them. Fyi, they must be hand washed.

Smart Chef
I seen a lady purchasing this set and she is a Chef. We talked for over 30 minutes and she spoke very highly about the Henckels Diamond Block set! She told me to make sure to DRY them completely before storing them back into the block! I have been using them for over a month now and I LOVE THEM!!!

Love the self sharpening block
Nice knives, I love that they are sharpened just by putting them in the block. The block is very long and feels a little unnecessarily deep, but overall I'm very happy with the knives and the block.

great every day set
great every day set if you can get it at a discount. knives feel solid and well balanced. it's marketed as german stainless steel but wish it was high carbon steel which it isn't. overall still a good buy. do not put in dishwasher

I got this for my girl on her birthday. She loves it. It is good quality very very sharp, so please be careful and makes this awesome ninja samurai sound shaweeing! Every time you pull it out when you tap the metal it actually has a ring to it

Razor-Sharp Knives with Convenient Self-Sharpening
Very nice block. Knives come razor sharp. I appreciate the self-sharpening feature. Note sharpening does not apply to the steak knives. The block is a bit longer than other knife blocks but makes a fine addition.

Henckels is the Powerhouse of Knives
Henckels is such a reliable and solid brand. Almost everyone I know owns a set of Henckels and can swear by its quality. I've been using this set for about month now and it's an absolute work horse for all of my kitchen needs.

Just okay
They are fine. But alot if up keep. Hand wash and dry do not put in dishwasher . Really think they are over priced and not really worth the price.
