Henckels Everpoint 4-Inch Triple Rivet Stainless Steel Paring Knife

For many years I have used a 4.5-inch Henckel knife, so I knew the Henckel brand was great quality. But I wanted a 4-inch paring knife and this one fit the bill. The size makes it easy to use, and the handle is also quite comfortable. It's very sharp and slices my fruit and vegetables with ease. Good price and I highly recommend this useful paring knife.

For the money this is a good knife. The blade is sharp and works well. The handle shape is good for its intended use. I could say my husband is picky about kitchen knives and he does like this one, so That's a plus.

Excellent product for meal prep. I have purchased so many paring knives in my lifetime paying good money this knife far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Nice little paring knife for the wife. Nice and sharp edge. Fits nicely in the hand. Blade runs up threw the wood handle for a quality look and feel. Slices through the vegetables with ease.

The paring knife my family and I had been using aways needed a sharpening and the handle was more rounded and therefore uncomfortable for me. Very sharp. This knife is perfect all the way around!!!

This knife is a bargain at this price point. Feels good in your hand and performs well in the kitchen.

It is already looking worn in the handle after just about a month of light use. The blade has stained also. I have a set of these from 7 years ago and they look better than this knife. I only bought this to replace one I melted.

I want to start off this review by mentioning that I didn't actually need a new paring knife, but wanted a new one because my old one is over six years old and I figured it was about time for a replacement or addition. After trying out the new knife for awhile there's don't good and bad about it. Starting with the good: It's lightweight, extremely sharp, and at a very good price. An almost unbelievable price considering the brand. The bad: it feels cheap, the blade itself bends, which isn't exactly a good thing for a paring knife. This can be dangerous if you're not paying attention. The fact that it's very lightweight can also be a problem because if you're not careful, one slip and you've cut yourself. Over all, this is a decent knife, and for the price of under, $11 you can't beat it. In the second picture shown, I've included my older paring knife for comparison on the thickness of it. It's actually a Cuisinart paring knife. Also not expensive, but to be fair, it's actually still better quality made than the Heckles that I recently bought, and doesn't feel cheap, and the blade doesn't bend at all. All in all, I'm happy with this purchase of the new knife, but I would take real caution when using it as it does have its downsides.

I dislike the fact that I never received it which is generally the main reason I have any problems—which not receiving several items or even none of them happens on every single one of my orders but I certainly get charged whether I receive it or not and and have to waste time talking to your insulting worthless robot

This was suppused to be dishwasher safe but after putting through the dishwasher the 1st and only time, the black handle had already faded quite a bit and the blade now has 2 little rust spots on it. Not recommended
