Henckels Forged Premio 7-inch Hollow Edge Santoku Knife

I like the size, blade sharpness and Japanese style

I bought this knife because my cheap Santuko knife handle broke. I also needed a bird peak paring knife.(Lost this one) So I got both, wonderful investment I already have 5 J.A. Henckels knives so this was a no brainer.

Very nice knife, well balanced and a sharp, fine edge. Haven't had it long enough to know if it keeps its edge well, though my other Henckles have.

Love Henckel knives and this completes my set I've had for over 30 years. Love the feel and versatility of this knife

Sharp and sturdy. Very sturdy. Balanced well. I'm not a knife guru but this is a very nice knife. I had some Amazon knives my wife bought and this is farrr better. Handle fits in my hand just right. And I love the non stick grooves.

The knife itself feels very well constructed and sharp. I myself have small hands, so my one reservation is that the handle is a both longer than I'd like but this is also my first Santoku style knife. Overall, it's a good bang for your buck.

I love this knife until the tip broke off. So I bought a new one hoping I can get this issue resolved through warranty.

A good knife at a good value. I picked this one up as stocking stuffers for the young adults in our family. It is such a great deal and value wise, you are getting German steel and the 3 rivet handle. The Santoku quickly becomes one of the most used knives in the kitchen and years later, they are all loving the knife and still using it.

Excellent blade for chopping, slicing and mincing. The 5 inch size is an easy pick up for all fruits and vegetables. This a very sharp, light weight and balanced blade. The contour handle is very comfortable. Love the classic three rivet look with the silver cap. Great Value!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1. Slight curvature at the end of the knife lowers amount of scratches on the cutting board. 2. Small air gaps on the one side of the knife do not always prevent food from sticking to the knife due to adhesion.
