Henckels International Solution 7-inch Hollow Edge Santoku Knife

My package was mashed in but thankfully my knife wasn't. I wanted a new chopping knife for vegetables. New knife works . Balanced. Sharp. I like it.

Good meat knife. But it is still a little too light. However, given its low price, I will not compare it to the modern series. If you like a more heavy knife, the modern series is your choice.

Like that it is very well made it works very well and like the design fits well in hand and is very sharp plus Shippensburg was fast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is perfect for chopping up all my herbs. I don't like when they get stuck on a solid blade, but with the ridges, it helps to glide the herbs very easily off the knife without worrying about cutting yourself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a new knife for the kitchen. I came across this in the kitchen section at a local retailor. It has a good Ergonomic handle and it cuts well! If you are looking for a good knife, give this a try, and you won't be disappointed.

This knife is great if you are not looking for something heavy duty! It is great for cutting meats or smaller veggies, but was not good for cutting a butternut squash! The blade is not sturdy enough for that!

The Solution knife line is an exceptional value and very good quality. It has the same strong three rivet handle design as the knives made in Germany. Its fine edge blade is made from a high quality steel that will hold its edge nicely, is light and flexible. The Santoku is the chopping machine with is super sharp blade and straight edge. Chop through an onion with ease.

Even though it's made by Henckel…it's it a $65.00 knife. It's weight is light , but sharp…it cuts very good

Great value for a much used knife in your kitchen arsenal. The santoku is a versatile blade profile which can be used on meat, poultry or vegetables. The hollowed out sections on the blade, create air pocket so that food releases off of the blade as you are slicing, dicing or chopping. Great to add to your collection
