Super sharp

Henckels Solution 20-pcs
The knives appear beautiful, and have so far lived up to the Henckels name. The difference when slicing a tomato is exquisite. I haven't used all of the knives yet, and expect them to be great. I'm not crazy about the block, so took one star off for that reason. It's very large and just like all cheaper blocks, easy to chip or splinter. It takes up half of the counter space. That said, I love the set over all.

Steak knives
Three of the steak knives came with bent tips. The other knives I've used so far are ok.

Sharp and attractive but a bit flimsy.
These knives are sharp and attractive, but they are pretty flimsy for the price-point. I expected better balance, weight, and construction. I bought them on a Black Friday deal. Given that, the knives are acceptable, but I certainly would not recommend them at full suggested retail price.
