HENCKELS Statement 7-inch Hollow Edge Santoku Knife

I bought the 7 inch santoku knife and I am very happy with it, it has a three rivet handle and is very comfortable to hold, I mainly use it for slicing vegetables and so far it is excellent!

This Statement santoku is ideal for your chopping and mincing tasks in the kitchen. The hollow edge divets on the blade help to guide food up and off of the knife so that it stays out of the way. I like the weight and comfort of the Statement handle optimizing balance and control when cutting.

A knife that performs it's best to the fullest. It is perfect for cutting vegetables, fruits, and variety of meats. This 7" Hollow Edge Santoku, blade has small indentations, aka grantons or hollow edge, that prevent food from sticking while cutting.

Bought this because I never used a Santoku and wanted to try without having to spend a lot of money. Very pleased with this purchase. The Santoku is definity lighter than other Chef Knives, sharper, and I love the hollow edges which prevent foods from sticking. Great for chopping up a ton of veggies for stir frie, stews and sauces.

This is my preferred size for the santoku knife. It is one of my most used knives in the kitchen and it is always close at hand. It can be used on vegetable, meat, poultry or yor larger fruits. This one is well balanced and feels great in my hand. The wider blade style is great to work with and is a very comfortable size for me.

This value priced Santoku is a great way to try this blade shape and see if you like it! It has all the bells and whistles of a higher priced Santoku with a comfortable curved handle, high quality stain resistant steel and hollow pockets along the edge to keep food from sticking to the knife as you slice.

The Statement like of knives is my tried and true! I love the feel and the weight of the handle. I can trust the handle will not loosen as it is a full tang knife. Its not too heave and that's good for this santoku style. The sharp blade does the work not the weight of the knife. Great for chopping and dicing. I use it nearly every day!
