Mixing helps the glue work better. The bond is strong. This glue has ease of use. I bought the glue to use on plastic decorations.
The product works as described applied as recommended. Walmart missed the delivery date was late as always.
Outstanding products. 3000psi bonding strength. Sold by WalMart and it's suppliers
Wish it was in different colors.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Loctite products for many many years and every product is true to its purpose and this is no exception. It makes a water-tight seal in a marine application. easy to use instructions and will probably outlast the boat I used it on.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This epoxy is fantastic. I found it to o be easy to mix, easy to work with and very strong. I also love that you can just dispense smaller amounts for smaller jobs. I found the marine epoxy to be incredibly strong!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Loctite Epoxy Marine to repair one of the matching ceramic planters on our deck. I hit it with an extension ladder and broke a piece about 6 inches long and "triangular" shaped. I followed the directions on the package exactly. The plungers are a little difficult to push down to dispense the two products, but doable. I used a popsicle stick to mix the resin and hardener on a piece of formica. I smeared an ample amount of epoxy on the broken piece and the remaining epoxy on the planter. I pressed the piece into place and used a piece of a 2x6 and 30 pound dumbbell to put to keep it in place. I used a razor blade and an old rag with mineral spirits to remove the excess epoxy. I let it dry overnight in the garage, filled it with potting soil, and it is ready to use. It isn't perfect, but it looks pretty good. We are happy to be able to use the planters again on our deck.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Man does this stuff work great. We have a boat and used it to seal up and repair so many things from our boating seats to spots on the pontoon to little pieces of our tarp and sections of our carpet on the deck. Constructions were super easy to understand. Application was even easier and the curing time was perfect for us to have things ready to go. This is actually a product that we keep on our boat in our camper and in our garage now. Very happy with this product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Loctite Epoxy Marine as a free sample from TryIt Samples. The epoxy works on fiberglass, aluminum, glass, PVC, brass, galvanized pipe, and most plastics. Bonds wet surfaces and can be applied underwater.
I like how fast it sets up. I did not like that it did not set up while water was present as advertised.
