I will Hennessy you in my glass!
I got into cognac a few years ago, and really tried to engrain myself into the spirit. I feel like I have purchased every cognac there is (well, not the ones that are $600+) and Hennessy VSOP is definitely my go-to. Hennessy XO is incredible too, but as far as a daily... Hennessy VSOP it is.
