It's my 1st time trying it %26 I luv it! It gives me an Energy "Boost" to get things done. A little pick me up(I've been so Extremely tired lately) It Boosts my mood %26 productivity! It does make me sweat a little but not sure if it has to do with that so much as it being Menopause-lol I use it Everyday!

I just started using these BOOST energy pills a few days ago and although I haven't seen changes in weight (because obviously it is too soon) I have definitely felt a boost in my energy levels. It didn't work on me immediately, but everything takes time. But these work wonders, it cuts cravings and helps boos energy. But, these have magnesium in them, so be careful, can cause diarrhea.

I reas reviews before buying, which gave me hope for this item. However, it gave me no energy. Instead, I got sleepy. For me, the purpose I brought it for "ENERGY" it was a waste of money!

I couldn't tell it curbed my appetite at all and didn't lose any weight taken these. It don't add to my energy level at all. I feel like I wasn't taking anything. Not something I'd buy again.
