Her Own PMS Mood & Relief Supplement Capsules, 30 Ct

I found that my pms had gotten to a whole other level as I was unable to function like a regular human. I was either completely depressed staring at the ceiling not able to get up or I was a complete raging B word to everyone and it got to the point where I couldn't handle what it was doing to me or those around me. One weekend I started internet searching what the heck is wrong as this has gotten increasingly worse and I am like 99% sure I have pmdd (premenstrual dysphoric disorder ). I wanted relief asap so I looked up hormone balancing products at Walmart as I did not want to wait for shipping as I was hoping for fast relief before work on Monday. Let me tell you I have been taking this for a couple of months now and I function like a normal human now! I am so grateful....My husband and my kids are so grateful lol !!! I almost never leave reviews but if you are here looking for relief ladies this is it! I didn't have any reviews to go by when I picked this up so hopefully this helps someone. :)

This product is amazing. My pmdd was out of control. I would cry over absolutely nothing. My emotions were all over the place. I bought this since it was at Walmart and I did not want to wait to try and find relief. One pill and my whole mood changed. Went from being depressed and crying to feeling calm and happy. Wish I'd found this sooner. Definitely buying more!

I was looking for a cheaper alternative to flo. The reason I got these was because historically I have had really bad periods, and I was having the WORST hormonal acne. I started taking these a few weeks ago and I usually have to call out of work for my period. I am pleasantly surprised to see that I am having very mild cramping (I can just function in my daily life). My hormonal acne has gone away, and my mood has been regulated tremendously.

These pills really work. My hormones were really bad lately and worse on high fertility days. I was getting frustrated and angry really often and taking it out on others. I decided to try these pills out hoping they would actually work. And they do! I noticed a big difference on the first day! My husband is happy my mood is back to normal, as am I. :)

I started to take these about a week before my period. I think I suffer from PMDD (though not formally diagnosed). I have a lot of irritability and mood swings and it's hard for me to focus and concentrate. I also experience days of feeling unmotivated during the week leading up to my period as well as during. I only took 10 of the pills, however, once my period and the pills ended, I felt my body crash. I had two days of headaches and it felt like the brain fog, depressed mood and irritability was back. So, I will try them again next month to see how effective they really are. Overall, they seemed to work, and they alleviated the symptoms I usually experience for the duration of me taking the pills.
