Great substitute for high sodium beef flavoring.
My husband was recently told to reduce sodium in his diet recently. I have always seasoned vegetables with a high salt beef base, so I decided to try this sodium free beef bouillion. It is great! I use two packets for a small saucepan of vegetables. Using a few other herbs almost makes up for using no salt.

salt free herbox
My hubby is on a renal diet so salt free herbox is great. I don't understand why the salt free chicken is sold in the stores, but not the beef.

Read ingredients!
This has a good flavor, and I'll use it, but WISH it was just SODIUM FREE BEEF STOCK, not with added Monoammonioum Glutamate, then are the two ingredients, that when combined, make MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE, which are the Disodium Inosinate with Disodium Guanylate. It's ways to hide usage of MSG! Please.. Beef stock, minus ALL sodium and glutamates, would be better!

If you like your pkg crushed...
While I like the product, it was sent in a bag. The bag looked like it'd been through a war, and inside the bag, the box looked like someone had danced on top of it- crushed. The bouillon pkgs inside the product box did not appear damaged, so I kept it but I will not order from this seller again.

no flavor what so ever addes almost the whole box inext time if their will be one i will use half unsalted and half salted

Not kidney friendly; mostly salt substitute
Wish I'd read the ingredients closely before buying. This was expensive and I was expecting pure powdered beef stock with spices. However, it is mostly salt substitute, making it much too high in potassium for a kidney friendly diet. Disappointed.

Lousy shipping/packaging on item jacked up price!
Sent small light cardboard box worth over $9 for 8 pkts of sodium free broth in a minimal bubble plastic bag,box was smashed. Never buying g again. RIP OFF
