Herb Pharm Ashwagandha, Alcohol-free, 1 fl oz (30 ml)

I'm using this to help with stress & anxiousness & it seems to help. Granted, I'm in the middle of moving, have a geriatric dog that needs lots of care & lots going on, but I haven't gone postal yet! ;)- Tastes very earthy & sweet. I mix it with the Brain & Memory and Gladiola supplements from this brand in water & take it 2-3 times a day (when I remember! ). This brand seems to have high quality, high potency products, so I'll continue to buy them.

I prefer it liquid when it comes to herbs, but the taste is not the greatest, I am ok with it but my teen daughter has hard time taking it sometimes. No specific smell. It definitely helps with anxiety and to balance mood, sleep routine.

This was really helpful in reducing stress and anxiety for me. I also appreciate it is alcohol free because I suffer from gastritis and GERD and I do not tolerate well other tinctures that use alcohol. Great product! Highly recommend.

Quality product, high quality ingredients and brings health benefits it says it does. The size of the pill is accurate. Dosage is properly stated and fits the standards. There is no special taste to it.

Ahwaganda is great to chill out. I have used this brand for a while and really like their products.

I always like to have ashwahanda and holy basil on hand, they are a great combo to combat stress, I like this brand a lot.

I like this form of ashwaganda best of all - it seems to help keep me calm and collected (less stressed out) without being sedating. It actually tastes really good. This is my second bottle and I'll be ordering more. I find non-alcoholic glycerine formulas work better and faster for me, personally.

It is my third bottle of Herb Pharm Ashwagandha ! It is so convenient to use and it has no Alcohol which I like it ! I take only in the evening before bed , it calms me down,amazing stuff!

I don't know if I used it well, but it gave me the same energy as a cup of espresso... should have more guidance on how to use it...
