I use this often so the 2oz size is wonderful. Good quality, alcohol free/glycerin base, simple ingredients, good for adrenal support, & the nutty taste is kind of pleasant to me. Tinctures are the best.

I love this product. I take a dropper full after meals. Sometimes I just add it to my tea. I like the taste. It makes me feel calm and relaxed. I plan to continue to use.

Quality is good, first time with this brand. I think pricewise is a bit too much when comparing with other brands. Ashwagandha is really good for adrenals during stress and losing hair.

I love this liquid ashwagandha supplement . I used to take capsules but it takes longer for the body to absorb it . I am so happy to find this liquid one without alcohol.

Ok, I was trying this twice a day instead of the three days recommendation, and for the first two weeks I experienced some side effects: headaches in the morning, a slight burn in the genital area, which I understand from reading various publications that this is a potential side effect. As I read more, including potential liver damage I stopped, but started taking it back after two weeks mostly because I didn't want to waste the money I spent. Some of these side effects went away when I started taking it again recently. I love the taste of this formula and I think if you don't have any side effects I would definitely try it. Maybe it was the placebo effect, but I did feel more relax after the initial few weeks of taking it. I wouldn't try any other brand. I went to Consumer Labs is this is a highly recommend brand. I'm very impressed.

Taste is not for me. That might be because it's alcohol free. If that's the case, I'll take the alcohol thanks.
