This supplement allows me to memorize things well. For example, I can memorize my debit card number including the date and security code. It does taste awful and bitter though. It's really good brain food. Likewise, it does have a bit of a calming effect.

My son with ASD and ADHD has been very hyperactive and overexcited. I suspected that he had high level of dopamine in his brain. Since bacopa is a dopamine regulator, I gave this to him 3~5 times a day, and he was calm on that day. Anyone with dopamine issue may benefit from it.

I put a few drops in my mouth and the high alcohol content immediately burnt my tongue and the insides of my mouth. The label should include detailed instructions on how and how not to use this product. Even if diluted with water, it still burns the mouth slightly. Be careful!!
