Herb Pharm Echinacea, Alcohol-Free, 4 fl oz (120 ml)

I've been using Herb Pharm products for 35 years. All their formulas are excellent. The Echinacea is my go-to for any cold/flu or infection issues. It never fails. I especially appreciate they now make alcohol-free formulas. In my opinion they work as well as the alcohcol based ones. I highly recommend all their products.

This product was recommended by my husband's acupuncture therapist to help build his immune system up. She had a low immune system and said this is a supplement she took. We both have taken it for the last two years and have stayed healthy during that time so I recommend this product.

This is my first purchase from iHerb and I am extremely satisfied. It's been years since I used echinacea and this is a top of the line product. I use it daily and sometimes more if signs of a cold start. This is a great immune booster. I will continue using products from iHerb in the future.

Heard a lot of good things about this tincture so I am trying it out. I am going through some viral stuff atm so taking it three times a day and I think it is helping a lot. It is very subtle with tinctures so it is very hard to tell. I like that it is alcohol free option as I've been sober for 2 years and it feels great to have that option that not many brands offer.

I'm a true believer with this Herb Pharm brand. I have found no other brand that compares. And I've tried them when my brand was out of stock. I've used this for the last thirty+ years for my family. I tell everyone, I mean everyone about this product. If I feel anything coming on, I start taking it in all the water and tea I drink, and not alittle, alot! For faster absorption, I add a dropper full with water in my mouth n swallow after 2-3 mins. My colds are no longer than a few days in length. Had the flu once or twice n it was only a few days also. I'm so glad I found this product and it's one that's always in my house. Alot cheaper than all the crap on the store shelves that aren't good for you, which I have not purchased since I found echinea.

I never could wake up early, whole of my life, since I was a kid it was my nightmare. but now as I know that the problem was because of the Adrenal. Echinacea helped me to wake up at 8:00am easily with open eyes & full mind concentration. The quality is perfect, the ingredients is suitable. it works with adults (there is other product for kids age). The bottle is small so it's easy to carry on even on flights, I now have a better energy, less stress, stronger immunity and much better mood and function brain. still, I'm following up with my functional clinc doctor, who is originally a medicine school graduate. Don't advice to talk by yourself for long period, only for one month you can feel the difference & follow up with a specialist.

Whenever I start to feel a tickle in my throat I use this stuff before bed and get a good night's rest and I swear I haven't gotten sick in the past 5 years. It's my ritual; of course, I wash my hands frequently and I don't touch my face with dirty hands, but I used to catch colds every now and then and I just haven't gotten sick, so I won't do without this liquid type echinacea!

This tincture helped me solve an immune system problem I was having. It only took a few weeks for things to improve. I really like this brand and believe all of their supplements are of a very high quality. I often would mix this tincture in my water along with a bit of fresh lemon juice.

You just squeeze one drop of this echinacea extract into 4 tablespoons of water and drink it between meals ( once or more than that a day ), then you can boost your immune system with no trouble. It tastes fine. No undertaste. And what is surprising is that they really DID used to use the echinacea extract in the old time Europe when we still had not discovered the antibiotics today. So, the extract is known as safe and natural antibiotics.
