I used this in conjunction with an anti-parasite tincture. Herb pharm is always a quality product. The ingredients are effective biofilm destroyers. The taste isn't great but the benefits outweigh the horrible taste. Fair warning: go slow as taking too strong of a dose without opening the elimination pathways might make you feel a bit gross.

I like this brand, & feel like it's good quality. Didn't use this supplement much so not sure how effective it is. Great price.

I bought this for toenail fungus and within about 4 weeks I could see it was starting to help. The instructions say to use it several times a day and since it's a dropper it makes it very easy to do! I was worried about the taste but it was even okay in water. This smaller bottle lasted about 2-3 weeks. So I bought several bottles. I'm definitely continuing to use it!

I gave this product 2 stars but in reality it is very hard to tell if it is helping with toenail fungus because applied topically, it stains a yellow color. My toenails may be getting better but they are an ugly yellow, brown color.
