My 2 year old had pain relief within 10 min and we warmed it using a heating pad. Def didn't last very long but long enough to not require dosing her with ibuprofen or acetaminophen for prolonged periods. Works for pain from drainage as well as per my husband but def best if warmed.

It definitely smells like garlic but hoping it will help the ringing in my ears.

For years, I have been searching for a staple if not a permanent cure for my ear infection and sometimes multiple of them that happen when I travel abroad or overseas. From drugstore brands to high end brands of antibiotics I have probably used a dozen of a hundred of them since.
