This tasted really good and was a value for the money and it says it has a lot of health value. I'm not sure, but I did drink it in liked it.

Nice taste
Don't do as I did and just presume it's in the tea aisle - it's not. After not finding it in the regular tea/coffee aisle for a couple of weeks, I actually opened up the item in the app and found that it was stocked near the pharmacy! And of course, on the top shelf. I find that it has a very mild taste %26 aroma - easy to drink. Also is very mildly relaxing. Haven't had enough to really say is it truly helps reduce inflammation and pain - Will keep experimenting to find out. Do wish the price was lower!

Arnica tea
I have not had the chance to use this product very long so I can't really tell if it is helping that much but it was recommended to me by a friend. Arnica is usually just for topical use so it was suggested to only use it two or three times a week. Hopefully it will help internal inflammation as it does external inflammation.
