Herbal cleanse
For best results follow the directions to the T. Drink plenty of water but dont drink too much or you'll knock out your electrolyte panel. Make sure you eat a little after using the cleanse. Avoid sugary or fatty foods 72 hours prior to cleansing. Exercising/sweating helps flush out the toxins. You'll definitely feel better after using this product. Do Not take more than twice a month!

Everything came back negative so that's awesome. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because when I had just about completed the bottle, I became violently ill. I was sweating like crazy and my stomach hurt really bad. it actually scared me a little, but the job got done.
