I was so glad to get this. My neck and shoulders had been hurting for months. I put this in freezer and then put it on my shoulder and neck. It helps to relieve the pain.

A Christmas gift for two of my adult children--they love it!!

Not only does this relax the neck and shoulders when warmed, it is also really great if you have a headache. I warm it for about 3 minutes in the microwave and wrap it all around my face with only my nose sticking out. It immediately starts to relieve the headache especially if it is a sinus problem. I have bought this for all my favorite folks.
