I've been using this shampoo for years. My hair is always so light and clean, my stylist compliments me every time I see her. Suddenly, I can't find it anywhere and I tried one of your other shampoos but it weighs my hair down. Please bring this back. :(
Bring this back!!! I've been using it all of my adult life and I'm no spring chicken. My hair just isn't the same with anything else. Whatever happened to make it disappear you need to fix it! Seriously!!
It was a great shampoo and conditioner before you changed it to what it currently is and now it's good but not as good as it was before. Now you're discontinuing in this what are you thinking you idiots. Now I'm using a different shampoo and you aren't getting my business at all. I like my hair curly and with this product it is curly. Otherwise it's flat
The package was left at my neighbor's front door. When the neighbor brough it to me, the hair styling mousse was completely frozen. It was OK after thawing. It was not the delivery person's fault, sender had omitted my apartment number from the address label.
I have purchased the Body Envy Shampoo & Body Wash for years for my boys - from tweens years to young men. Now, as others have commented it has disappeared. I am very disappointed. It worked wonderfully on their fine hair. Their hair looked clean and shiny. We liked the scent and the way it worked. Please BRING Body Envy (orange colored) back!
I started using the Herbal Essences Body Envy Volumizing Mousse after my beautician suggested it for my thing, straight hair. It does a better job than the other mousses I have tried. Nothing in the mousse line so far does a really, really good job. I'm a senior citizen and I think because of hair loss and changes in my hormones nothing is going to be as good as it. All in all, I think the Herbal Essence Volumizing Mousse does a satisfactory job. I watched the Kew Gardens program on TV and Herbal Essence provides them with some of their botanical products. From this program I learned of the really safe ingredients they use and the good work they do for plants etc., and transfer that knowledge to their products.
Only thing I use in my hair!! For people like me that don't use hot tools on their hair. Air dry and throw a little Of this in there and you are good to go. It is the perfect combo of good scent and doesnt make your hair hard or crunchy. Just kicks the frizz. I am happy with it.
I've been using Body Envy Shampoo and Conditioner for almost 20 years. When the stores stopped carrying Body Envy, I tried various other Herbal Essence types and all of them made my hair either greasy or limp looking. I have fine curly hair and this shampoo/conditioner kept my hair looking bouncy and soft. I always got compliments on my hair from salon stylists. Now I don't know what to do. I'm going to give up on Herbal Essences and try more expensive brands in hopes I can find something that made my hair look and feel as good as Body Envy. Unless there's hope and Body Envy shampoo and conditioner comes back.
I'm disappointed. If your going to be a CS picker who gets items for you, please take a look to see that everything is there. You can clearly see it's missing something. This has happened numerous times. Not just on products, but groceries too. They should look at it as if they were going to eat this or use that. Now I have to get a ride there to have this corrected. Just a shame
I realize it's moose, but when I rub the product together in my hands, it literally disappears and feels like I am putting nothing in my hair. A lot goes a very little way, And I don't notice a difference in the volume of my hair at all. I will not be purchasing this again.
