I love the product. It's the shipping that got me. The conditioner was packaged great shampoo not so great it was nit wrapped like the conditioner and so it leaked. My picture shows how one was extra wrapped and the dhsmooo was not.

This new line from Herbal Essence reminds me of them years ago and their fabulous scents. This is very gentle on my kinda wavy, some places curly, crazy hair. Not overpowering, just right clean.

Herbal Essence shampoo and conditioner products are hands-down the best non-professional hair care line there is out there. This particular one breathed new life in my hair and it even loved on my natural waves enough to give them some bounce without other products.

Nothing i dislike smells beautiful gives light defined fluffy curly hair and detangles and sheds damaged dead hair my fav shampoo ive used i have 3b longed hair

Seems to be expensive and no longer carry smaller size

I liked the smell and how it lathered my hair. However, it felt heavy after rinsing, like it left a residue. I coupled it with the conditioner, which really left my waves heavy and barely present.
